PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

$190 per 50 minutes

$190 per 50 minutes

COGNITIVE AND EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT

This typically includes the following:

  • Interview with the referrer

  • Distribution and analysis of questionnaires

  • Interview with the examinee and other relevant persons

  • Testing (approximately 4 – 6 hours) including all test forms and materials

  • A comprehensive written report includes a summary of background information, test descriptions, behavioural observations, reporting of scores, analysis of findings and recommendations. As applicable, reports include information to support applications for Special Assessment Conditions (SAC) and/or a diagnosis of a Specific Learning Disorder.

  • Feedback meeting with the referrer (child/young person and teacher as appropriate)

Please be aware that for every hour of face to face time there are several additional hours invested.

Payment

An invoice will be emailed after each session. Fees are payable within 5 days from the invoice date. Reports will be emailed following full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions not attended or cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full fee payable within 5 days.
